Chef’s Top Tips

Come and meet our chef trainer Brian for this course where he will be sharing some tricks of the trade and helpful advice that will be useful to both novice and experienced cooks. Brian will share with you his top tips for selecting, preparing, and cooking your ingredients to get the very best out of them but with an eye on keeping to a budget and reducing food waste. This course is a great stepping stone to our other cooking skills courses so come along and get inspired!
