Food Safety CIEH Level 2

An essential online course for anyone working where food is prepared, cooked or handled, this includes delivery as well as catering and retail. It is delivered by our award winning trainer (Nick) who has years of experience in the catering industry and can provide valuable (and amusing) insights and tips in a relaxed mixed level class. It looks at the importance of food safety, your responsibilities under food hygiene regulations and the systems, techniques and procedures to control food safety risks. This course is one of the pre-requisites for CIEH Food Allergen Awareness Level 2.
