Liliana tells us her story:
I’m Portuguese and have been in England just over 15 years now. I have always worked in the hospitality industry which I am passionate about. I was pleased to do this course because whilst I know the standards and laws for food hygiene, they change regularly according to developments in the kitchen. It’s great to have access to this course, especially as I haven’t been working in the food industry for some time. It has given me more confidence in applying for future roles.
