The course will help learners build core business skills using real-world tasks and tools.
• In Week 1, learners will explore personal budgeting & budget tasks using Excel and Word through structured exercises.
• Week 2 will focus on business administration tasks using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• In Week 3, learners will develop/update their CVs, practise selling their skills, and take part in interview role-play activities to build confidence and workplace readiness.

By the end of the course, learners will:
• Manage a personal budget and complete simple finance tasks
• Apply MS Office programs to typical business administration tasks
• Produce or update a CV tailored to their career goals
• Identify and communicate their strengths effectively
• Participate in mock interviews to boost employability confidence

This tailored course will support adult learners in gaining confidence, developing transferable skills, and identifying clearer pathways to employment, further learning, or entrepreneurship.
