- Starting up and shutting down a computer
- Logging in securely with IDs and passwords
- Using Software Applications

- Microsoft Word: creating, editing, and formatting documents
- PowerPoint: basic presentation creation and editing
- Creating and editing tables in documents
- Inserting and formatting images
- Practical Communication Skills

- Writing formal letters, including job applications
- Creating and using email accounts to send, receive, and reply to messages
- Online Skills

- Using search engines effectively
- Finding accurate and reliable information online
- Working safely and responsibly on the internet
