"I enrolled for Health and Social Care with UCRA last year referred by the Job Centre. At first I was very hesitant but when the course finished, I did not want to go. Staff were supportive which increased my happiness, motivation and morale to stay. I am currently volunteering in a day centre and progressed to L2 Cert in Health and Social Care"
