Professional & Executive (P&E)
During the training, we shall equip you to build your confidence and be in the best position for successfully securing your next role / returning to your current role. The workshop will cover areas such as:
Day 1 (full day)- Career Confidence Workshop (GSS)
· How to overcome set-backs and make positive progress
· Introducing and practicing a range of Confidence Building Strategies
· Identifying goals and making a plan of action towards achieving these goals
· Understanding the behaviours and actions that Employers are looking for in potential employees
· Being able to demonstrate expert Communication and Presentation to heighten competitiveness throughout the Job-Search and Application process
Day 2 Professional & Executive Workshop (NCS)
· Interview Impact training (participatory & experiential activities included)
· Personal online branding for professional and executive work search
· Networking for success
· Transferable skills & career transition pathways
As well as participating in the workshop, you will also get access to a variety of resources as well as an opportunity to have a Careers Advice session with us the following day which will also take place at GLLaB.
