Participating in creative activity provides space to gain new perspective on life and personal confidence.

The National Maritime Museum in partnership with the Her centre are offering a FREE online course of 6 online workshops that will creatively explore confidence through a process of drawing, poetry, sewing and clay. Led by artist, Lisa Hayes, we invite participants to contribute their own thoughts and feelings to conversations and making. Each session will introduce a new skill and will seek to empower your self-confidence in a caring and nurturing way creating a safe space for you.
