Children’s BHM art competition
It’s Black History Month and the Council alongside its partners are celebrating with a host of inclusive activities and events. This year we're hosting an art competition for children and young people. The theme is ‘Celebrating Black Excellence: Past, Present, Future’ and all creative work is welcome, from drawing to dance
