HR and the Public Health teams have created a briefing about coronavirus (COVID-19) for all line managers. This is to support managers to have discussions with their team members about the virus, infection prevention and provides guidance for staff who work with the public.   • Always carry tissues and use them to catch coughs and sneezes, and bin the tissues. See NHS advice here.
  • Wash hands with soap and water often, or use sanitiser gel if soap and water is not available. Washing your hands is the most important personal hygiene practice, and although it may sound obvious there is a correct technique that should be used.
