If your family receives certain benefits, your child may be entitled to a free, healthy meal every school day, saving you around £500 a year, plus access to holiday clubs and food programmes.
Even if your child prefers packed lunches, applying still helps your school as it brings in extra funding for things like tuition, learning support and after-school activities.
