Look after yourself

Taking care of your mind and body is especially important right now. It’s OK to feel low, anxious, concerned or frustrated - it’s a difficult time for everyone. However, there are things we can all do to look after ourselves - from connecting with others, focusing on what we can control, doing things we enjoy and keeping both our mind and body active.
