Plant Based Cooking

This course is for everyone - whether you’re already vegan or vegetarian or just keen to incorporate more meat-free days into your diet.

We offer hands-on classes that are sociable and fun, and our chef, Brian, will teach you how to make a variety of dishes to help you make use of the wide range of ingredients that come from the plant world.

At the end of the course you will be able to

• Make simple veg-based sauces
• Use ingredients to boost flavour
• Understand and experiment with flavour profiles

We will provide all the ingredients and equipment you need for this course, but you will need to bring an apron and some containers as there may be leftover food for you to take home.
