By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
Identify menus from different countries and ingredients used to make those dishes
Demonstrate cooking 5 new recipes from those different countries including increased cooking skills and confidence in the kitchen
Demonstrate increased knowledge about healthy eating and how this can be applied to a variety of recipes from around the world. a group of people at a cookery demonstration learning about different food and how to cook it
